From Colaba cravings to Bandra brick-oven

Our founders started with late-night trials in a Colaba flat, perfecting hydration, flour blends, and fermentation. By 2019, we installed our first stone deck in Bandra and kept the focus on craft: slow-fermented dough, balanced acidity in sauce, and a signature char that Mumbai fell in love with.
