Ordering & payment

Prices are in INR and inclusive of applicable GST unless stated. We accept common digital payments at delivery.

  • Accepted methods include UPI, major debit/credit cards, and cash (exact change preferred).
  • For online/phone orders, your order is confirmed only after we issue an order ID and estimated time.
  • Dynamic pricing may apply during peak hours or limited-time promotions. Final price is shown at checkout.
  • In case of payment gateway delays, we may verify payment before dispatch.

Cancellations

Orders can be cancelled within 5 minutes of placement by calling +91 22 4897 1234.

  • Once preparation begins, cancellation may not be possible. If permitted, a partial refund may apply.
  • If an item becomes unavailable, we will offer a substitute or a refund for that item.
  • No-shows for pickup orders after 30 minutes from ready time may be cancelled without refund.

Delivery & pickup

  • Delivery ETA is an estimate and may vary due to kitchen load, weather, or local conditions.
  • Provide an accurate address, building name, entry instructions, and a reachable phone number.
  • Our rider may contact you upon arrival; if unreachable after 10 minutes, the order may be marked delivered or returned.
  • Contactless delivery is available upon request; responsibility transfers upon drop-off at the specified location.

Allergens

Some items may contain gluten, dairy, or nuts. For Jain-friendly preparation, select eligible items.

  • Cross-contact may occur in a shared kitchen. Severe allergy customers should exercise discretion.
  • Ingredient changes may occur seasonally; ask for the latest ingredient list before ordering.

Modifications & substitutions

  • Certain customizations are available and may incur extra charges visible at checkout.
  • We may decline modifications that compromise food safety or product quality.
  • In rare cases, comparable substitutions may be made to ensure timely fulfillment.

Refunds & credits

  • Quality concerns must be reported within 30 minutes of delivery or pickup with clear details.
  • Approved cases may be resolved via replacement, partial refund, or store credit at our discretion.
  • Processing timelines depend on your payment provider and may take 5–7 business days.

User obligations

  • Provide accurate contact details and be available to receive calls for delivery coordination.
  • Do not misuse discount codes, create fraudulent orders, or interfere with service operations.
  • Respect rider and staff safety; harassment or unsafe conduct may result in refusal of service.
  • Comply with local laws, including age restrictions for any restricted items (if applicable).

Pricing, taxes, and fees

  • Menu prices, taxes, packaging, and delivery fees are presented before checkout.
  • Promotions are time-bound and subject to availability and eligibility criteria.
  • We reserve the right to correct pricing errors and notify you before fulfillment.

Service availability

  • Operating hours and delivery zones may change without prior notice based on operational needs.
  • We may refuse or cancel orders suspected of abuse, fraud, or policy violations.

Liability

We are not responsible for delays caused by force majeure or unexpected traffic conditions in Mumbai.

  • To the maximum extent permitted by law, we disclaim indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.
  • Our total liability for any claim relating to an order is limited to the value of that order.
  • Food should be consumed immediately upon delivery/pickup; improper storage may impact quality and safety.

Indemnity

  • You agree to indemnify and hold us harmless from claims arising from your misuse of the service or policy breaches.

Privacy

  • We collect and process limited personal data necessary to fulfill your order, prevent fraud, and improve service.
  • We may contact you regarding your order status, feedback, or critical service updates.

Governing law & dispute resolution

  • These terms are governed by the laws of India, with exclusive jurisdiction of competent courts in Mumbai.
  • We encourage amicable resolution via our support line before pursuing formal remedies.
